The winner of the World SHoot-out underwater photography 2014 in the Video Category just entered in the history of underwater film making. This truly amazing clip has a completely new concept. It’s not a surprise that this film won but we can truly say that the brothers Francisco and Armando del Rosario with their friend Armiche Ramos, from Spain made a great surprise to the public and to the judges with this clip.
