Maldives Diving Trip 2019 Video Clip

A small video clip of my latest dive trip in the Maldives, with my two best friends, Ben and Ariel. We saw there beautiful manta rays, amazing whale shark with tons of snorkelers swimming after, trying to reach it and looking from underwater, like a mass of running spermatozoids 😀 . We had also a so funny night dive with dozens of nurse sharks swimming all around us. Song by Cage the Elephant – Trouble #nursesharks #Maldives #ScubaDiving #Freediving #mantaray #manta #sharks

    The Silence of the Sharks

The famous producer and underwater photographer, David Pilosof, did it once again! This time he has organized a dive with hundreds of divers on the Satil wreck in Eilat, Red Sea, to protest against shark slaughter. Over 70 millions sharks are killed and finned every year. This must stop before there won’t be no more sharks in the oceans and for the good ecological balance. #conservation #DavidPilosof #sharks #UnderwaterPhotographers

And if the Sharks were to Disappear…

In this documentary, on the French TV channel Canal +, we get a clear explanation what would happen if sharks were to disappear. The entire food chain in the sea would be broken. Today, the food chain is formed on top with super predators, sharks, followed by smaller predators that feed on other predators. Below, there is a level of fish, which number is ruledby the level above and then another layer ruled by the above level. This continues until the base, where there is the

Freediving with Sharks – Lesley Rochat

Lesley Rochat is an award winning photographer, filmmaker, conservationist, activist, writer, poet and speaker. She’s successful in all she does. This beautiful lady has a great mind; she chose to use her wide knowledge and skills to be a conservationist rather than a successful well-paid insurance advisor. She discovered the beauty of the sharks and the importance of the over-fished predator to the good balance of the oceans and decided to fight for their protection. Her nic

Papua New Guinea – Diving the Paradise

Mount Wilhelm, 4509 m, is the highest mountain in the entire Oceania region, and is located in Papua New Guinea (PNG). PNG is situated just under the equator and in the East part of the Indonesian island (Irian Jaya). New Guinea is the second largest island in the world. The country attracts divers from all over the world, not only because of the large number of aquatic species, but also because of the big number of wrecks, especially Japanese ships from World War II. Diving trip in Palau – Micronesia

Palau, the Kingdom of the Rocky Islands January 2002 When you reach Palau from the air, it is like getting inside a postcard. Its beauty is just like a dream. From the plane, you discover the deep blue see with green spots. The spots are getting bigger when getting closer; they are called the “Rock Islands”. You can only remain breathless when watching the scene. Far to the southwest of Micronesia (West of the Philippines), the Republic of Belau (the traditional name) consist

    Galapagos dive travel

A Dream of a Trip in the Enchanted Islands July 2000 Sitting on the deck of a Red Sea Live-Aboard, Dany Weinberg (Biko) and I, we were all complaining that after so many safaris in the Red Sea, we had still not had the opportunity to see real big fishes. We started discussing a potential destination and concluded that we should go to the Galapagos. We began to run the project as soon as we came back home. After two months Dany and I were on our way to the famous Galapagos Isl
